Q & A

Why did you choose your profession?

As a young kid with glasses who didn’t know any pilots, I never knew that the “gift of flight” was an option for me. It wasn’t until my junior year of high school that I learned about a local community college in Oshkosh where I could fulfill my dreams. I always wanted a career path that didn’t reside in a cubicle from 9-5 and thoroughly enjoy the changing environment and pace that aviation gives me.

Who are your main influences?

My parents and family members have always been hard workers and raised me in a strong Christian household. As such, I pride myself on the integrity and work ethic that I bring to the job each and every day.

Describe your greatest accomplishment.

My promotion to airline captain at the young age of 24 was one of my greatest achievements, however, looking back on my service in the US Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom and experiences in the WI legislature were also high on the list.

What are you working on right now?

I am in a transition period from full time aviation to that of a part time contract pilot in the Learjet 45, 75 and Gulfstream IV SP. I also operate a home business manufacturing diplomas for school districts throughout the United States.

I encourage you to give me a call or email me for all of your Learjet staffing needs. I am a high time pilot and a true professional with a well-rounded career.

What are your long-term goals?

I am optimistic that I can maintain currency and proficiency as a professional pilot while managing a home business that will continue to provide for my wife and three young daughters.
